Cook Position

As a cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to directives from culinary management. Your role involves ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include exhibiting conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission regulations, federal and state laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Prepares, seasons, and garnishes all food in the assigned area in accordance with established procedures. Performs any other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Training in food preparation preferred. Previous experience in a similar environment.
