Warehouse Utility | Carlstadt, New Jersey, United States ResponsibilitiesSafely maneuver pallets of full goods in the warehouseLoad pallets of full goods onto third-party carrier trailersReceive Domestic orders from other BTB facilitiesMaintain housekeeping and sanitation of warehouse and forkliftProblem solve in independent and team settingComplete daily Loader Activity Log Execute Dock Schedule, maintaining 100% accuracyMaximize dock door utilization and line loadProvide direction to warehouse and palletizers as neededPerform pick ticket processingReceipt of inbounds/returns within 24 hours of arrivalMaintain accuracy of Yard managementCommunicate with Yard Utilities and carriers to enhance dock efficiencyMaintain dock office at or above 90% 5s standardsResolve order and goods issue discrepanciesComplete order exceptions as neededProactively communicate within warehouse and other departments for issue resolutions and process improvementsPerform other tasks, as directed by the Warehouse ManagerQualificationsForklift experienceComputer skills: SAP, Microsoft Office, Outlook (Required)Core Competencies, demonstrated ability to perform all shipping processesDemonstrated ability to perform all receiving processes (Domestic and ASA)Demonstrated ability to read pick tickets, demonstrated ability to identify quality deficiencies (leakers, damaged cases, etc.) and place pallets on holdHandle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organization skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMust be flexible in working hours- overtime, vacation coverage and off-shifts2-3 years' experience in warehouse preferred Pre-Identified Candidate
