Document and analyze business processes to drive workflow improvements. Understand user requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and assist end users. Develop and execute user acceptance testing plans, including creation of test cases. Analyze business processes to ensure accurate system configuration. Adhere to recognized project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information:
Location preference is for candidates local to Northampton, MA, but remote candidates are also considered. Interview process involves a phone interview, with options for Skype to start. Excellent communication skills are required.
