Better Me is hiring a part time school coordinator to support the launch and daily operations of Cupertino Learning Center. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, strong in math and English, great with communication, and excited to grow in the education field. Responsibilities
Monitor and track students' learning progress and communicate with parents as needed; Maintain an orderly, focused, and encouraging classroom atmosphere; Supervise and support a team of math tutors; assist with onboarding and training; Create and manage weekly tutor schedules; Prepare and print individualized student learning materials; maintain curriculum supplies; Support the Center Director in maintaining high instructional quality and smooth day-to-day operations; Assist with parent communications, follow-ups, and enrollment logistics Requirements
Strong math and English skills; Excellent communication and people skills; Highly responsible and detail-oriented; Experience working with children is a plus; Are able to work on weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends Compensation
