ProSidian seeks a Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisor - GSSC [Full-Time [W-2] Senior Consultant] located in the Hanford Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area to provide services and support as a Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisor (PR0175) at The Hanford Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area. Provide Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisory services on-behalf-of (OBO) The Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site | DOE Office of River Protection (DOE-ORP) | Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant Project (WTP) as a Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisor located in the Richland, WA or Tri-Cities Area. Assist with oversight of conduct of operations. Assist with oversight of Training of Technical Personnel. Assist with oversight of maintenance and work control processes. Document assessments in the DOE integrated Contractor Assurance System (iCAS) database with excellent written communication skills. Coordinate issue assessment and resolution with DOE Office of River Protection DOE-ORP engineering, regulatory, and other supporting staff. The Office of River Protection (ORP) is responsible for the retrieval, treatment, and disposal of this waste in a safe, efficient manner. Directly interface with DOE senior management and local and federal agency executives. Obtain and apply knowledge of DOE policies and procedures, Hanford Site mission, activities, and DOE program and project management practices, policies, and procedures. The Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisor shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner. The Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisor employee shall submit a weekly report to the technical monitor addressing work accomplished, and deliverable progress. The Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisor - GSSC shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. The Conduct of Operations (ConOps) Technical Advisor shall possess the following minimum qualifications: Education BS/BA degree in engineering, science, or business management. Six (6) years of experience may be substituted for BS/BA degree. Experience Six (6) years of directly applicable successful experience as a management consultant or senior manager interfacing and working with organizational executives and senior management, or senior technical or business individuals, within government or industry on significant management, technical, or business issues. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to gain understanding and provide oversight of commissioning plan development. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to obtain and maintain proficiencies in DOE-ORP specific required training. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability as facility operations, maintenance management of a nuclear facility, related training, and certifications. Experience of writing assessment reports. Ability to apply knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and/or other Office tools. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to perform oversight of commissioning plan development. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to perform under Hanford or other government agency procedures. Demonstrate familiarity and relevant experience or ability to perform under Hanford or other government agency procedures of environmental compliance. Compliance with site specific safety and security requirements, including badging and office protocols. Identification of any conflicts, potential conflicts, or perceived conflicts of interest with any Hanford Site contractors.
