We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in the Newark, DE region. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to Apple devices, Mac OS, and mobile device management. This position requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Apple devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Manage mobile devices using JAMF Casper Suite and ensure efficient device configurations. Address and resolve challenges related to Mac OS and iOS platforms. Document processes and create user guides, procedure manuals, and business correspondence. Assist users with setting up and maintaining their devices, ensuring optimal functionality. Monitor and maintain systems to ensure a seamless user experience. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to deliver timely resolutions. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices for Apple device management. Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement solutions and optimize system performance. Requirements: Proven experience in desktop support or a related technical role. Proficiency in managing Apple devices and familiarity with Mac OS. Hands-on experience with JAMF Casper Suite for mobile device management. Knowledge of iOS systems and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to write clear and concise reports, user instructions, and manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality support.
