SAP/GRC/Security Analyst
The SAP/GRC/Security Analyst will provide SAP support to Phillips 66 users and identify opportunities to better leverage SAP, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), and security solutions. Job Location: Bartlesville, Oklahoma Responsibilities May Include: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) lead for SAP Security and GRC modules, including but not limited to S/4, BW/4, Fiori, GTS, BPC, PO, HANA, SolMan, GRC, and BTP. Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals are accomplished within defined constraints. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks. Research production problems and enhancement issues, and make appropriate configuration changes to the system. Initiate action and evaluate issues to develop alternative solutions. Conduct troubleshooting and break-fix activities. Develop and implement SAP security policies, architecture, and processes. Apply knowledge of S/4 and Fiori configuration, functionality, and SAP GRC for controls and segregation of duties (SoD) resolution strategies to support business process transformation. Apply Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance in internal controls and business process controls design, including the development, testing, implementation, and documentation of a Risk and Controls Matrix for the S/4 SAP environment. Assist internal and external auditors and address any identified gaps from IT/SAP audits. Develop and deliver SAP training to business clients and IT resources. Coordinate and assign activities with the managed service solution delivery partner.
