Redbox+ Dumpsters Sales & CDL Driver
Suncoast is seeking an energetic and career-oriented Construction / Waste Management Sales & CDL Driver to become the face of our company in the Greater Tampa Bay Community. The role is supported by a talented internal team of marketing, operations, and driving professionals. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in B2B construction/building supplies/roofing sales or similar experience such as RV Park management or moving company sales/management. The ideal candidates will also possess 2+ years of safe CDL Class A or B driving experience. Some driving (~25%) is required during periods of high demand or scheduling gaps. This opportunity offers significant income and career growth potential within the company including the potential for senior leadership, management responsivities, and minority ownership stake. Responsibilities include: Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans Follow up and Close warm lead opportunities from our internal sales efforts. Pursue New business opportunities through community & industry networking. Understand customer needs and Develop Custom Pricing plans. In Person, Phone, and Zoom Sales Presentations Be the face of the company at community & industry events. (Chamber of Commerce, Golf, Clay Shoots, Trade Shows) Driving (~25%): CDL Class B- Roll Off Truck. Safe operation of late model Kenworth / Hino Straight Truck Deliver and Pick up Roll Off Dumpsters and Trailers Service built in portable toilets as needed. Completing Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Inspections Since our inception in 2006, redbox+ Dumpsters has been at the forefront of innovation, receiving the "Innovation of the Year" award in 2007 for our patented redbox+ Elite Dumpster design that combines roll off dumpsters with 2 portable toilets built into the frame. This saves our customers money, time, space, jobsite traffic, paperwork, and headaches. Our growth plan is to double our sales in the next 2 years yet again, taking our company to the next level. Despite 5 years of operations, this will be the first redbox+ DUMPSTERS dedicated outside sales presence in the Tampa Bay / Suncoast community. What Will I do Every Day? Closing warm leads through telephone, email, Virtual (ZOOM), or in person sales presentations. Networking to build the reputation and drive awareness of the redbox+ DUMPSTERS brand Driving occasional shifts as needed to meet excess demand periods and cover full time driver illness, vacation, etc. Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to deliver new customers and projects every month Communicating with the team about new relationships to assure an impressive and memorable new customer execution Dropping in at prospect or customer offices or job sites with donuts, lunch, a cooler of water, or promotional materials Researching pending construction projects through software and government permit offices, planning committees, etc. Representing redbox+ DUMPSTERS at Chamber of Commerce, Community Boards & Trade Group events and meetings Entertaining clients/ prospects at community and industry events such as Trade Shows, Golf Tournaments, Clay Shoots, etc. How Will I Get Paid? You will be paid by a mix of a competitive hourly wages, commissions, new customer bonuses and a generous residual commission structure. $25 per hour for driving and at on location networking events. 10% New customer bonus and commission on initial sales. 5%-12% residual commission on relationship sales for up to 2 years.
