Agile Scrum Master This position is for an Agile Scrum Master supporting a development team. While certification is not mandatory, it is highly desired. The Scrum Master will join and work on an existing Agile Scrum project, providing coaching to the development team, product owner, and other stakeholders including management and business sponsors. The team follows disciplined Scrum practices. The project's application is developed using C#.NET with MVC and Entity Framework. Experience in these technologies and a solid understanding of Agile fundamentals are required. Technical expertise and Agile background will be assessed during interviews. Key competencies include understanding of Agile and iterative development, other methodologies, software development processes, incremental delivery, metrics, backlog management, burndown charts, velocity, and task definition. Familiarity with Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and best development practices is essential. The candidate should be able to read, understand, and create design documents, possess technical understanding of infrastructure components, and actively participate in customer engagements, working under guidance from lead technicians. Qualifications Experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach:
