Sanimax is looking to hire a full-time IT Support Specialist for our Green Bay, WI office, working 8:00am- 4:30pm Monday through Friday. This position is responsible for computer, network and printer set up and troubleshooting. Will provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and technical assistance for all U.S locations within Sanimax. Why join Sanimax as an IT Support Specialist? Competitive benefits to include a 401 K $1 for $1 with 5% Match 3% quarterly bonus Green company with strong values and 85 years of established growth and stability As an IT Technical Support you will be responsible for: Provide 2nd level support to our users in the Montreal office, and our Canadian remote sites Provide assistance and support to users, diagnose and resolve technical problems on site or remotely Ensure regular visits to our remote sites Provide support for our mobile devices (cell phones and tablets) Prepare, configure and repair hardware (computer, laptop, printer ...) Maintain equipment inventory Assist with new and existing projects as needed Participate in the creation of user guides and technical procedures Perform all other related tasks Requirements: Associate degree in IT or computer science/programming required Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in a technical support role Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office suites, PC and Peripheral Knowledge of IP telephony systems Strong customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Strong problem solving and resolution skills Ability to manage priorities and work independently Able to travel as needed to our South St Paul and Deforest locations Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!
