Job Description
Manage daily operations across multiple ground-up light industrial construction sites Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal teams Conduct thorough site inspections and quality control checks Quickly resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation and reports Lead site meetings and provide consistent progress updates Travel frequently to oversee multiple construction sites as a traveling superintendent MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
