full-time Field Supervisor

to lead the battery service technician team at our

The starting salary for this position is

$50,000 plus an opportunity for an annual bonus.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FIELD SUPERVISOR

As a field supervisor, you are responsible for leading a group of technicians and focusing on making sure our customers are being taken care of. You will be responsible for scheduling your team each week to take care of all the customer needs of your branch. You are also responsible for customer service which includes communicating with customers about issues or needs that they may have and handling those things in a timely manner. You are happiest when your team is healthy and productive and your customers are taken care of.

QUALIFICATIONS

Mechanical/electrical aptitude

Leadership ability

Customer service skills

Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical

Electrical and forklift experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! Do you have strong communication and interpersonal skills? WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is

Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
