IT Administrator / Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a versatile and self-directed IT professional to join our team. The IT Administrator / Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day technology needs across two locations, managing vendor relationships, and serving as the internal expert for our ERP, CRM, and related platforms. This role combines hands-on technical troubleshooting, project coordination with outside IT providers, and technology lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Coordination Provide basic end-user support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, email, and other office technologies Serve as the primary internal point of contact for our outsourced IT vendor and their onsite technicians Coordinate service requests and ensure resolution of issues in a timely manner System Oversight & Vendor Management Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for our ERP and CRM systems Manage relationships with ERP, CRM, and other technology service providers, ensuring service levels and deliverables are met Serve as liaison between end-users and system vendors to troubleshoot issues, improve system use, and coordinate updates Project Support & Implementation Partner with external IT vendor and internal stakeholders on technology projects, including server upgrades, system migrations, and implementation of tools like our document scanning system (Top Gun) Assist in system testing, training, and user documentation for new tools and system enhancements Procurement & Inventory Manage purchasing of IT equipment including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related software licenses Maintain inventory records of all IT assets and coordinate equipment lifecycle planning Data Analytics & Business Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data extracts to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments Support management with data insights from ERP, CRM, and other business systems to aid in strategic planning and operations Work with department leaders to understand reporting needs and develop automated or ad hoc reporting solutions Qualifications

Required 3+ years of experience in a hands-on IT support or systems coordination role Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments, Office 365, and basic networking Experience supporting or administering ERP and/or CRM systems Understanding of server environments and IT project coordination Strong organizational and communication skills, especially with external vendors Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Experience working with outsourced IT providers Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing or distribution environments Experience creating or maintaining business dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar Company Profile
