Locally owned and operated Rent A Center Franchisee looking for a local Store Manager in Sulphur Springs Texas. I am looking for a People Oriented Self Motivated organized leader.
Compensation:
$15 to $17 per hour with Great Bonus potential!
Job Duties:
Sales/Account management
Establish and track daily and weekly sales objectives. Facilitate the conversion of rental agreements, and oversee sales outcome to ensure revenue growth. Address challenging accounts requiring managerial interventions, authorize customer commitments, supervise coworkers collection activities and provide leadership and training to ensure adherence to establish collection procedure sand standards. Educate customers on lease terms and delivery protocols, review overdue accounts and engage with customers to encourage timely payments. Oversee sales and account operations. Guide customers interactions on product leasing options, ensuring clarity on timely payment terms and top-notch service. Leadership:
Fostering motivation, evaluation, coaching and counselling. Aid in identifying and nurturing future coworkers. Establish partnerships with the store personnel to generate referrals, and educate them on the rental process. Train, supervise and assess coworkers dedication to exceptional customer service enhancing sales and account management through ongoing training. Promptly address and resolve issues and complaints to maintain consistent customer satisfaction and friendly service. Cultivate a positive work environment to enhance coworkers and minimize turnover and complaints. Required Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail sales management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus. The Role:
One of the most influential roles for Rent A Center is the assistant store manager. The assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager general management of the entire operation. The Assistant Store Manager will aide in maximizing store profits through efficient management of all store activities, including the selection, training and ongoing development of coworkers within the store.
