MINACT
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Three years of experience in institutional food preparation.
NOTE: •Related vocational or specialized training highly desirable
•One year experience in supervision of institutional food
services activities desired.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
•Effective verbal and written communication skills
•Effective organizational skills
•Effective interpersonal skills
•Must be able to read, understand and carry out written
instructions
Licenses or Certificates:
•A valid Regular Driver License is required.
•SERV Safe Certification required
