The IT Warehouse Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support, maintenance and development of specified systems, software, or IT platforms. This position will coordinate IT projects with management, users, teams, and vendors. The IT Warehouse Systems Analyst serves as a project leader with overall responsibility for project implementation and has oversight for all information systems related activities for specific client departments. Client support includes continual analysis of departmental systems with a focus on adding value to all processes. The IT Warehouse Systems Analyst will serve as a technical and analytical role while supporting business process improvement projects and application implementations.

Provides training and development support to users on applications. Coordinates technical resources as necessary. Tests updates before going live. Performs other job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned.

What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)

Analyzes, designs, documents and implements new or existing applications and systems in accordance with company needs and policies. Coordinates application enhancements to existing systems including analysis and design specifications. Conducts appropriate cost-benefit analysis on enhancements or modifications. Supports process re-engineering by involving users in process-flow analysis and work redesign, with emphasis on effective utilization of systems, company/organization BPR initiatives, or other information technologies to improve organizational performance. Analyzes and documents problems, recommends solutions, initiates corrective actions, and follows up on problem resolution as well as issue status. Participates in projects as a team member or leader, as required. Interfaces with Murata corporate office and other Murata international offices to accomplish established goals and outcomes. Provides technical advice on risk analysis and change control issues. Supports Supply Chain operations, organizational business groups, and departmental process improvements through cross-functional project teams.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Knowledge of structured programming techniques, networking, and database methodologies. Data modeling and reporting experience. Oral and written communication as well as facilitation skills. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Project management experience. Warehouse and logiscts IT support expereince. Program language certification(s). Robotic Process Automation experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 2+ years of programming/development experience.
