Contribute to configuration management and ensure compliance with IT standards. Requirements:
Minimum of a 2-year technical degree or equivalent relevant experience. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware for PCs, printers, laptops, and servers. Strong experience with Windows XP/7 operating systems. Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management. Solid understanding of network troubleshooting. Certifications such as A+, Net+, Security+, Microsoft, or Apple are preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong documentation skills.
