Job Description for LPN 7pm-7am - Full Time 7am-7pm - Part Time 12 Hour Shifts LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants Qualifications for LPN
