Accounts Payable Specialist

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for a large corporate client. This candidate will assist the AP Supervisor with various tasks necessary to prepare, enter and pay approved company expenditures and maintains accounts payable files, inventory records and job costing records. You will be handling calls from vendors regarding open invoices, payment approvals, payment schedules and ensuring the proper posting of Vendor credits. Responsible for returning invoices with discrepancies to vendors with explanation, and responsible for obtaining those invoices for processing. Responsible for processing all non-payroll expenses and disbursements in accordance with Tri-M's Month-End close deadlines. This candidate should maintain a positive relationship with the vendors' representatives and ensure compliance with all Tri-M safety policies and procedures.

$45,000 to $58,000 per year annual salary.
