Job Description
IMMEDIATE NEED FOR SENIOR DATA ENTRY SPECIALISTS
FOR A LARGE HEALTHCARE ADMIN PROJECT IN EAU CLAIRE, WI! Specific Duties: Compare system data with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) systems to reconcile and process data. Use process instructions to send electronic correspondence to members or CMS regarding enrollment or disenrollment into our insurance plan. Update members' accounts as necessary following process instructions. Maintain a focus on quality and accuracy, utilizing training, process instructions, mentorship, and logical reasoning to ensure correctness before completing work items. Follow written instructions precisely, meeting productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards set by management. Support inventory influx during peak seasons by moving between work types as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate PC skills.
