Accenture Flex Sr. Technical Analyst

Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Key Responsibilities: Sr. Technical Analyst: Contact Centers' Technical Operations, Process, Enhancements Development utilizing Genesys Framework and Tools, Routing Development SME. Also Production Support Activities including Coverage, Incident & Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis. Genesys Certified utilizing Genesys Frameworks, Genesys Cloud Architect, utilizing API's. 1) Enhancement Development and Validation 2) Work on Change Control Requests driven by the different Contact Center Business Teams. 3) Work on Requests for Service (RFS) for Operational Changes which requires immediate attention as part of the Day-to-Day Contact Centers' run of the Business. 4) Responding and Resolving escalated issues that are reported as Major Incident Issues by Operations Command Center. This role will require some on-call work, shift work, and overtime when needed during Monday through Friday, including some Holidays. Weekend work will be limited. Basic Qualifications: + Minimum 5+ years of experience with Genesys Frameworks + Genesys Experience which includes: + Minimum 3+ years of experience with Genesys On-Premise + Minimum 6+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud + Minimum 3+ years of experience with API Integrations with Genesys + HS Diploma / GED Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor's or Associate's. + Certifications on various Genesys Platforms + Communication/Liaison working with Genesys Technical Account Manager (TAM) + Knowledge of vertical expertise as well as horizontal expertise involving all the integration points end-to-end for this solution Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
