About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an expo at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse. As an expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the guests, while also maintaining cleanliness and organization in the expo area.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and the serving staff
Inspect and ensure the accuracy and presentation of food orders before they are delivered to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area
Assist with restocking and replenishing inventory as needed
Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one
Positive and proactive attitude
