Cincinnati, OH 45237 Company Perks: Quick ReferenceCompetitive CompensationExcellent Benefits Package Including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCareer Growth in an Inclusive Company Culture401(k) (4% automatic employer contribution - no required match)Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick DaysEmployee Discounts & Partner ProgramsTuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramFlex Spending AccountsPaid Family/Paternal LeaveLegal Benefits ServicesClinical Counseling/Therapy Licensure Supervision Hours (Cost Covered)Board Licensure Exam Cost Covered (Therapy, Counseling, and Nursing)Employee DiscountsWhat you'll be doing:Directly oversee and supervise Therapists, Case Managers, and Group Services Coordinator in the TIP Program.Foster an environment where direct reports are routinely achieving productivity requirements.Ensure clinical services provided to clients are of high quality and are delivered in an ethical and respectful manner.Assess and implement appropriate levels of care that assist each client with recovery.Provide clinical consultation to the team for the development of treatment plans.Facilitate debriefing sessions for staff engaged in traumatic events/ interventions.Participate in co-therapy and direct services with clients when clinically indicated.Participate in treatment meetings and court hearings as necessary.Implement evidenced based interventions as trained.Ensure coordination with family members and treatment providers.Qualifications:Must have at a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling. Independent license (LISW or LPCC) or close to completion of independent license (within 3 months), must be and remain in good standing with their professional board.A minimum of five years' clinical or care management experience with at-risk children preferred. Must have demonstrated the ability to work independently and as a team player; be strongly committed to the goals of NewPath.Must have good written and verbal skills, be well organized; able to work flexible hours. Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen; CPR/First Aid training; have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and proof of current auto insurance.
