Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with HCPN policies, procedures and standards. Responsible for having knowledge of PLCB and RG standards. Responsible for having knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and awareness of new drink trends. Monitors guests needs on a continuous basis and ensures all requests are promptly fulfilled. Responsible for accurately and efficiently use of POS system. Monitors guests alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP training. Assists other food and beverage team members with maintenance such as side work, opening/closing duties. Participate as a team member with all servers, bartenders, barbacks, supervisors and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations. Bring Us Your Best.

Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions. Must have the ability to perform basic math skills. Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner. Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.). Must have basic computer knowledge. Must have the ability to clearly visualize and comprehend the use of a POS system. Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirement of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Must be able to obtain RAMP certification. Starting Salary
$13.00 per hour
