Position: Server Our servers play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We're looking to grow our team with someone who is enthusiastic about food and hospitality and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system Memorize menu items and make informed recommendations Provide attentive service, including timely refills and regular check-ins Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, involving management when needed Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all sanitation standards Qualifications

Requirements
Previous serving experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant (minimum 1 year preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment Comfortable with using Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Able to memorize menu items and make thoughtful recommendations Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a willingness to assist coworkers as needed Must be at least 18 years of age Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid California Food Handler Card Eligible to work legally in the United States Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more) Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb stairs as necessary in a multi-level restaurant environment Must have flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant Preferred Traits
