Responsibilities
Review and recommend any potential revisions to applicable project SDLC documents to incorporate all applicable activities. Review and recommend any potential revisions to applicable project management document to include risk, issue, budget, and scope change management that may have technology/technical dependencies. Facilitate, coordinate and monitor the activities, which have technical impacts / dependencies, among Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Contractors and stakeholders. Ensure on-time completion with quality of solution development/implementation per design specification and project requirements/objectives. Assist in planning, managing, and ensuring the execution of technical implementation or software development activities to align with the IT standards, policies, and best practices established by Clients Enterprise Architecture (EA) unit, or those of industrys standards and best practices. Write code to create/modify scripts and programs to automate tests Execute manual and automated tests. Identify and document any potential negative impacts to the technical architecture/design, especially, any technical impacts/risks that may result in a lower quality solution Qualifications
Desirable Technical Qualifications Five (5) or more years of experience providing IT consulting services to a California State agency. Five (5) or more years of experience leading and developing automation test cases using Test Automation Frameworks such as Robot Framework.
