Responsible for day-to-day operations of all office clinics and for working collaboratively with physicians and for directing patient flow. Responsible for evaluating performance of personnel working in the Clinic and for providing ongoing supervision and leadership. Responsibilities And Duties
75% Responsible for day-to-day operations of all office clinics and office testing except Devise at some practices and for working collaboratively with physicians and for directing patient flow. Responsible for supervising a case load of patients by physician assignment, patient education, facilitating patient management and follow-up for lab tests, diagnostic procedures and office visits. Functions as liaison for patient and physician, obtaining information and coordinating that information in an organized way so as to enable the physician to make sound decisions regarding patient care. Responds to numerous phone calls from patients, triaging calls, resolves issues and communicates with the necessary parties. Responsible for monitoring and tracking all clinical report functions in CareConnect to improve quality and outcomes. Responsible for tracking, referrals, pre-certifications, phone-calls and assisting in rooming and administering injections for two physicians. Train new clinical staff on clinical work flows, processes and functionality for Primary Care and Sports Medicine. Provide onsite CareConnect clinical super-user support to the following service lines: Primary Care, Cardiology, Colon and Rectal, Sports Medicine, Breast, Plastics and Reconstructive, Neurology, Vascular, and Rheumatology. 25% In collaboration with Practice Administrator will be responsible for evaluating performance of personnel working in the Clinic and for providing ongoing supervision and leadership. Minimum Qualifications
High School or GED (Required) LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing Currently licensed as a LPN in the State of Ohio. Basic computer skills 2- 3 years Experience working in a physician office. Work Shift
