Job Summary:
Design, implement, and maintain the sites or enterprises server, storage, database, network, client, or communication infrastructure. Work is performed independently, with significant latitude in objectives and approaches. Decisions have long-lasting impacts on the organization and require careful judgment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage network administration tools, techniques, and methods. Maintain expertise in networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS). Manage Active Directory Domain Services, including Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, LDAP, and authentication protocols, following MS best practices. Experience with Windows Server (2019, 2022, 2025) and Windows 10/11 Enterprise. Configure and use vulnerability scanning tools, perform scans, and remediate findings on Windows and Linux systems. Apply OS patches, upgrades, and configure services as needed. Experience with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM and antivirus software. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Understand Windows domain architecture and Microsoft Server products. Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for Windows and Linux.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role has no direct supervisory responsibilities but provides technical leadership and guidance to other Systems Administrators, including training and vendor interactions.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with server/storage, network, and client technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, networking protocols, and cybersecurity.
