RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Business Analyst 2 in Redmond, WA.
Responsibilities:
Acquire data, develop, and maintain Excel based databases/data collection systems Monitor performance and quality control to identify efficiencies and improvements Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Effectively communicate insights and plans within the Business Team Monitor and maintain accurate financial records and status of partners to facilitate effective financial management, invoicing, and reporting
Crucial Projects/Areas of Need:
Royalty Payment Data Validation (Quarterly):
Track receipt of and validate data from multiple sales statements (direct from platform partners and from internal tools) Once Excel data is validated, format and send for approvals
3P Platform Partner Revenue Statements (Weekly):
Reconcile each platform partners revenue statements and collaborate with our Stockholm based team to issue PO/invoices for 3P platforms Monitor platform partner statement status through the Royalty Workbook (Excel), jointly managed by our team and Stockholm Finance Team
Calculate Mobile Accruals for Month End Process (ROB):
Utilize sales information from our Mobile platform partners sales dashboard to calculate accruals for month end Once Excel data is validated, format and send for approvals Once approved, partner with Studio Finance partner to ensure accurate entry into month end close files
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or relevant field 3-5+ years of experience with Excel for in-depth revenue tracking as well as financial analysis and reporting - this role will help build and manage large excel revenue databases. 2-4+ years of experience with royalty tracking and reporting 2-4+ years of experience with the invoice and Purchase Order (PO) process from beginning to end 2-4 years of experience in business operations and financial analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong financial background and understanding of GAAP accounting principles Attention to detail and accuracy along with excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills Track record of strong collaboration across teams Passion for gaming and entertainment preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
