LPN Position At Via Linda Behavioral Hospital
The LPN contributes to the assessment, care plan, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patients within the LPN scope of practice through data collection, monitoring, observing, recording, and communicating patient responses to the supervising Registered Nurse. The LPN performs nursing care consistent with the LPN scope of practice including administering treatments, medications, and procedures under the delegation and supervision of an RN. Qualifications: Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program Preferred Education: N/A Minimum Experience: N/A Preferred Experience: 1 year LPN experience with at least 6 months in a behavioral health setting Required Certification/License: Valid LPN License in the state of Arizona or LPN/LVN License issued in a Nursing Licensure Compact state with multi-state privileges Preferred Certification/License: N/A Supervises: N/A Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is an innovative behavioral health hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the people of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro area.
