Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets. Configure and install common applications. Install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. Remote take-over skills are a plus. Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as the ability to interact positively with clients. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites is required, as work is done at customer locations.
