Help Desk Analyst I
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. This is a contract-to-permanent position designed for individuals with a passion for technology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional technical support. In this role, you will assist users with resolving common IT issues while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Deliver Tier 1 technical support to approximately 100 users, addressing issues such as password resets, printer malfunctions, and basic hardware setups. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring smooth operations for end users. Log and manage support tickets using a ticketing system like Microsoft Dynamics, adhering to established processes and escalation protocols. Coordinate with a small IT team to maintain consistent support coverage across multiple locations within a 1020-mile radius of the Broomfield office. Travel to various sites as needed to provide onsite assistance, including hardware installation, peripheral troubleshooting, and user training. Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate effectively with team members to address challenges and improve service delivery. Offer timely solutions to basic technical issues, minimizing disruptions to business operations. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical expertise and service quality. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Tier 1 technical support role. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent. Strong ability to resolve printer issues, perform hardware setups, and handle password resets. Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team. Willingness to travel within a 1020-mile radius as required. Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software configurations.
