Scrum Master
Responsible for guiding 1-2 agile teams through the agile development of operational baseline updates. Facilitate all Scrum Meetings (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Promote Agile principles and best practices within the team and across the organization. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Track team performance metrics and support continuous improvement efforts. Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Ensure transparency of progress through radiators like burndown charts, dashboards, etc. Ensure compliance with government regulations, reporting requirements, and security protocols. Must have some experience in IT, Fullstack, Software, or systems engineering and working with engineering teams. Must be local to Orlando and willing to come onsite as needed.
