Business Sys Analyst Sr

Responsible for optimization and streamlining the organization's workstreams, focusing on analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective changes by working with Business Partners, Users, and Technical Development Teams. Accountability: Acquire necessary knowledge of people, process, and technology to support assigned workstream. Develop and implement workstream roadmap aligned with the organization's overall objectives. Be the single point of contact for the workstream, providing end-to-end support to workstream users across all supporting tools. Process Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current business processes and relevant supporting tools. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation. Contribute to the development of key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness. Develop optimum solutions based on application functional knowledge and business knowledge. Support authoring of requirements definition documents, technical design documents, and user acceptance testing documents. Collaboration & Support: Troubleshoot production issues and work with users and technical teams to resolve in a timely manner. Collaborate with other workstreams, IT teams, and departments to ensure alignment between business processes and technology solutions. Work closely with Technical Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of workstream solutions across all application platforms. Senior Role: Acquire and maintain sufficient knowledge about all workstreams to provide support during coverage gaps. Maintain workstream roadmap in conjunction with mid-term business plans and advise on investment decisions. Lead meetings to discuss dependencies and the impact of changes across all workstreams. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships. Very strong understanding of business processes and best practices within a business area. Deep understanding of application structures, functions, and processes. Demonstrated ability to lead complex business process reengineering efforts. Demonstrated ability to influence and guide others to use best business practice solutions. Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality analytical deliverables. Understanding of IT & Organizational change management principles. Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2/Fusion & EPM Cloud, AP, AR, GL, Lockbox setup required. Experience with Finance & Accounting required. Pay Information: Min. base salary of $97,900 to Max $176,200 (annual equivalency) DOE. About us!
