The successful candidate will perform functions such as in-depth research, reconciling complex data across multiple systems, interpreting information to recommend actions, building staffing packages, applying concepts and policies, and developing tools to improve efficiency. Relevant expertise includes Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics. Responsibilities Include
Assist in planning and coordinating infrastructure projects at various locations, including unclassified and classified levels. Provide executive support, manage office operations, personnel, and data management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Analyze and monitor tasks, ensure compliance with policies, and facilitate interfaces with acquisition organizations. Develop and maintain functional databases, plan transitions, and support record-keeping and civilian HR functions. Support meeting administration, prepare minutes, and coordinate awards and recognition activities. Research, draft, and edit articles, speeches, and presentations, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Advise on digital engineering initiatives, develop digital roadmaps, and support digital acquisition and engineering methodologies. Required Experience and Skills
Experience with BIZ Ops WB and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Air Force records management and Defense Travel System. Strong organizational skills, ability to process large volumes of information, and project coordination experience. Education and Clearance
BS/BA degree required. U.S. Citizen with active TS and SCI clearance. Additional Details
