Job Description: As a Shift Supervisor, youll play a key role in supporting the store management team in driving store performance while building customer loyalty through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager on site, the Shift Supervisor helps to ensure that store operations run smoothly and is responsible for the completion of all opening and closing procedures. Responsibilities: Opens and closes the store in absence of store management, including all required cash handling and ensuring the sales floor is ready for the business day.
