We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program delivers engineering services for network infrastructure and enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center servers, multi-cloud services, virtualized applications, and storage systems. As a Scrum Master on this program, you will have an opportunity to work on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within the government customer community. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 11 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree, or 13 years without a degree. We are looking for someone who has experience or background in the following requirements: Professional Certifications (At least one): Project Management Professional (i.e. PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Leadership Coaching Proven experience leading and managing enterprise level projects and multi-disciplinary teams using the Lean Agile Project Management methodology or Project Management Framework (PMF) Enterprise Scrum Master experience using Lean Agile including: Setting up new projects and workflows within Jira Developing project milestone and sprint burn-up charts using ERDOS Facilitating sprint planning and grooming ceremonies Ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects Outstanding communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical issues to diverse audiences Ability to manage concurrent projects with short deadlines and competing priorities Proven ability to identify programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints, and develop and convey effective mitigation strategies Experience coaching and facilitating team building and leadership offsite events Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with project management tools including: MS Project for resource-loaded project schedules Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints SharePoint as a document repository Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and senior managers Experience leading and managing a cross-functional teams, including infrastructure engineering and software development, to design and develop new IT hosting infrastructure (on-premises and cloud-based, e.g. AWS). Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors Knowledge of: Enterprise technical architecture and services-oriented architectures Security requirements and operating environments IT components, missions, and strategies Experience with coaching/guiding IT organizations through Agile adoption and transition from Management Framework (PMF) Familiarity with: Service catalog, IT Gateway, ESP, JIRA, Hive, and SharePoint Entire development system life cycle Current and emerging technologies Experience working with government agencies Skills in: Quality and Assurance (Q&A) Configuration Management Data Analysis including identifying, controlling, recording, reporting, auditing, and verifying/validating Configuration Item (CI) attributes Data comparison, migration, and planning Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146,670 - $249,330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
