Job Description
Manage On-Site Operations:
Oversee daily construction activities at multiple project sites, ensuring projects run efficiently and according to plan. Drive Project Progress:
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to keep projects on track and meet deadlines. Ensure Quality & Safety:
Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Deliver Projects On-Time:
Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely completion while meeting project specifications and client expectations. Problem-Solve & Troubleshoot:
Address any unexpected issues or delays on-site, implementing quick, effective solutions to keep the project moving forward. The Successful Applicant
4+ years of previous experience working with a General Contractor Must have experience running ground up tiltwall or light industrial projects Strong software and technology skills is a plus Able to communicate and be organized Time Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughly Experience managing teams is a plus Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology Willingess to travel and complete projects throughout the country What's on Offer
Salary Base 120,000-150,000K Bonus Opportunity Full Benefits PTO Vehicle Allowance 401k
