We are looking for an Electrical Superintendent to start working with a client of ours in Marietta, GA as soon as possible. This candidate must have knowledge of the electrical industry including underground and service gear.
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Requirements
Three years of experience as a Superintendent in construction, specifically within the commercial and electrical industries Review project scopes, plans, and layouts Examine permits, submittals, service gear cut sheets, and lighting packages. Collaborate with the General Contractor and Project Manager to ensure realistic project schedules. Attend weekly job site meetings to oversee scheduling, materials, production, and safety. Assess staffing needs and coordinate with senior management for crew management. Identify requirements for foremen, electricians, and helpers, and initiate the hiring process. Handle daily and weekly paperwork, including project cycle counts, material controls, timesheets, and punch lists. Coordinate inspections Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States
