Job Summary Reporting to the VP S&OP and Customer Service, the

Inventory Process Manager

is responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that raw materials and components are purchased in alignment with the production plans across our North American sites (US & Canada). This role is a

key individual contributor position , working closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and processes to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.

This is a

hybrid position

that will require at least 3x/week on-site working at our Rosemont, IL office.

Responsibilities:

Provide inventory trend reporting, including interpreting and summarizing findings. Conduct inventory analyses based on sales forecasts to identify shortages, overages and obsolete inventory and make corrective actions. Drive SKU rationalization initiatives to improve operational efficiencies. Maintain and document any changes to the item implementation status. Lead cross-functional teams in the development of gap coverage plans when supply shortages occur, facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies. Develop key performance indicators. Train key stakeholders on how to use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and provide guidance to ensure appropriate inputs are used. Develop and implement inventory policies such as safety stock and make-to-order or make-to-stock. Ensure inventory levels are adequate to support inventory strategies and company growth. Monitor MRP recommendations and identify action items. Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures. Perform ad-hoc analysis and continuous improvement projects. Experience & Skills:

5+ years of previous related experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, Statistics, or related field Advanced Excel skills required Detail oriented and strong analytical skills with the ability to convert analysis into solutions Ability to build strong and productive relationships with cross-functional teams Experience with ERP systems & advanced analytics tool. D365 experience an asset ASCM certification an asset

The expected compensation for this position is an annual salary of $105,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
