We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing our Policy Enforcement Point to enable policy-based access control for various Data Loss Prevention (DLP) modules. This is a crucial position to ensure the protection and compliance of sensitive data across our organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain security tools that meet industry regulations and organizational security requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Policy Enforcement Tool Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Policy Enforcement Tool(s) to manage data access control. DLP Feature Implementation: Implement features to track test cases, log incoming/outgoing requests, and identify sensitive information passing through DLP measures. Security Compliance: Ensure that the tools and processes align with business standards, industry regulations, and organizational security requirements. Synthetic Data Testing: Work with synthetic data (system-generated test/mockup data) to rigorously test security controls and performance. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance and scalability of the security tools to handle increased data loads and threats efficiently. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams to ensure security requirements are met, and provide expertise in data protection and DLP strategies. Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years of experience with Data Patterns/Data Mining within common data repositories (e.g., SQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.). DLP Knowledge: Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and tools related to asset protection. Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrable software engineering problem-solving skills with a focus on security. Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working collaboratively across teams. Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Access Control: Familiarity with access control concepts (role-based and attribute-based) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:

Platform Experience: Work experience with the Privacera platform or similar DLP/security platforms. Advanced Security Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of advanced security concepts related to data protection and DLP. Cloud Security: Experience with cloud-based security tools and practices for data protection. Certifications (if any):

CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or other relevant security certifications are a plus. CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent would be beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
