Your Job: As the Brooks Outlet Store Manager you drive sales and operations for this critical business unit by managing the day-to-day operations and personnel at our Bothell retail outlet location. You hire and inspire a team of sales professionals to deliver high touch service and represent the Brooks brand to every customer who passes through the doors. Imagine the impact you will have on the customer experience as you outfit Brooks customers and "inspire everyone to run and be active." Job Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage store employees to ensure cost effective and quality store operations, with the support of the Assistant Store Manager Manage existing store budget (revenue, COGS, compensation, and expenses) and operations (product flow, staff performance, morale, etc.) to achieve maximum performance and profitability Work cross-functionally to present, merchandise, market, and promote the outlet store Utilize RICS Point Of Sale, Adaptive Insights, and Inventory Management Software to monitor, maintain, and report store sales, inventory levels, and other KPIs on a weekly basis Maintain healthy inventory levels in store by placing weekly replenishment orders Maintain healthy inventory mix by developing and employing a strategic pricing and markdown strategy Manage and maintain the store van Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment with a focus on behaviors and practices that result in positive morale Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures Partner with Retail Operations Manager to plan seasonal product for the store Oversee the Assistant Store Manager's work on store partnerships (OTF, Planet Fitness, Various Charities, etc.) Plan, orchestrate, and manage an annual offsite multiday sale event (Truckload Sale) Occasionally travel to support the transactional and retail element of Brand events Contribute to team effort by completing other tasks as requested by the Retail Operations Manager Job Qualifications:

3+ years' experience as a manager in a medium volume retail environment Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. sales, retail, business administration) or equivalent work experience, preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage store operations independently, required Proven ability to interface between multiple departments, and navigate product availability challenges Strong knowledge of retail analytics (inventory management, turn, gross-margin, open to buy, product merchandising, and retail selling skills) preferred Highly-motivated and energetic with an enthusiastic attitude. Knowledge of performance athletic footwear/apparel/accessories and their related technologies Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust, resulting in effective working relationships across the store and company Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective listening through concise, clear verbal and written communication Ability to successfully lead independently or alongside the Retail Operations Manager Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another. Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect our customers, our partners, our products or other departments' operations and/or morale; "connecting the dots" Passionate participation in Brooks' sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner in order to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. Embraces and lives the Brooks values! Compensation: The pay range for this position is $28.80 - $43.23 per hour. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
