Premier Disability Services is looking for Data Entry Specialist to join our growing Minneapolis, MN-based team! This is an entry-level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communication practices. About the Role: This position involves receiving, reviewing, and accurately recording SSA awards and payments in client files, as well as liaising with all customer accounts receivables such as clients, payment centers, SSA, and vendors on collections and award-related inquiries. Schedule:

Full time, Onsite Only, Monday through Friday from 9:30am-6:00pm Responsibilities: Receive and process awards. Notate client records. Make multiple follow-up calls to processing centers. The ability to manage your workflow and productivity in the workplace without reliance Identify areas of learning needed to better manage client cases including SSA processes, documentation, interpretation, and application use (PCMS, Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite etc) Work with others in the Hearing Department, Pre-Hearing Departments, and in the organization as needed Respond to phone calls as needed to answer questions for clients and on the clients behalf Ensure appropriate staff are aware of all situations which may involve administrative errors Complete special projects and other assigned tasks Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Qualifications: Previous experience in a direct customer contact position is preferred. Customer service orientation; energetic and outgoing personality. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to communicate professionally, effectively, and with empathy in potentially difficult circumstances. Basic arithmetic skills; ability to perform accurate calculations and reconcile figures. Multitasking skills and a detail-oriented focus are required. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adjust as needed in a fast paced environment Ability to achieve high productivity and quality standards. Proficient working knowledge of Windows OS, Internet, and associated software. BILINGUAL - English/Spanish a plus but not required.
