Job Description
The candidate will act as a project manager/team leader for large, complex, multi-functional computerized systems. Responsibilities include assisting in budget preparation, monitoring budgets, organizing small groups to resolve business problems, working with clients to understand requirements, developing project specifications, designing data flow diagrams, coding for database access, and overseeing organizational and procedural analyses to optimize computerization processes. The role requires reviewing forms, reports, and data requirements, and ensuring effective system implementation. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 8-10 years of experience in the field or related areas, and at least 5 years of experience writing technical and business specifications. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple assignments, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong project management experience. Additional Requirements
