Line Cook for the AM shift . This position directly contributes to our guest satisfaction as it is perceived in the dining experience. If you are a great team player, we would love to talk with you!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Cook, prep, and plate restaurant and/or banquet food Keep your work area clean during your shift Prep Salad Station and Lunch/Dinner line throughout shift Clean and maintain kitchen equipment (flat top grill, char grill, slicer, etc.) Wrap, label, and date all food items Other relevant tasks as assigned Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting Experience with various cooking methods and techniques Knowledge of best practices for food safety and sanitation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills Team player with good communication skills Benefits
