Oracle Cloud Financials Manager
Protiviti is looking for an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager to join our growing Oracle team. As a Manager, you'll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions. You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. Do your talents include the following? Demonstrated experience with Oracle Cloud Financial modules: General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, and Grants. Experience in guiding and assisting clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation. Experience in redesigning and implementing Chart of Accounts within Oracle Cloud Financials to optimize financial reporting, improve data governance, and align with evolving business structures and regulatory requirements. Managed end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process transformation in Oracle Cloud, enhancing close cycle efficiency, improving financial data accuracy, and enabling real-time reporting through automation and standardized workflows. Experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Cloud Financial solutions. Successful completion of two or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials. Ability to identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles. Ability to provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations. Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate. Experience optimizing client's technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve their business objectives more efficiently and effectively. Exceptional knowledge of technology to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a desire to continuous learn and share knowledge. Advanced project management and status reporting capabilities. Your educational and professional qualifications should include: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, MIS, CIS). 5+ years working in a related field, either in professional services or industry. 2+ successful deployments of Oracle ERP Cloud Implementation. Professional Certifications such as CPA and related to Oracle Financials Cloud are strongly preferred.
