Job Summary: As a Warehouse Selector, you will play a vital role in the foodservice supply chain by picking orders for delivery to local foodservice venues. Your responsibilities will include: Operating an electric pallet jack and/or forklift in a physically active role. Organizing and palletizing products to fulfill customer orders. Completing other related duties as assigned. This position is set in a safe working environment, although it may involve working in areas with varying temperature and humidity levels due to the type of products selected (including non-refrigerated, refrigerated, and frozen goods). Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. No prior warehouse experience required; 0 - 1 year relevant work experience preferred. Ability to frequently lift products weighing between 10lbs to 75lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 100lbs. Capability to reach up to 72 inches and perform repetitive bending and twisting. Willingness to work in extreme temperatures (both cooler and freezer environments). Ability to stand for 10 - 12 hours daily. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift. 1 year of experience in a warehouse, military, or another physically demanding role. 1 year of selection experience. 2 years of consistent work history preferred.
