This position is located in the Organizations corporate office and is responsible for the management of the Organizations accounts payable function, including but not limited to vendor management, invoice management, payment management, the related accounting, and annual issuing of 1099s. The position will oversee a team of Accounts Payable Coordinators to develop, operate, and improve the performance of the accounts payable function.

This position is located in the Organizations corporate office and is responsible for the management of the Organizations accounts payable function, including but not limited to vendor management, invoice management, payment management, the related accounting, and annual issuing of 1099s. The position will oversee a team of Accounts Payable Coordinators to develop, operate, and improve the performance of the accounts payable function.
Oversee and direct the activities of 3-4 non-exempt accounts payable coordinators. Perform reviews, coach staff, and ensure the work is adequately reviewed. Supervise daily processes for the centralized accounts payable function. Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices, expense vouchers, and maintain accurate records and control reports. Develop and maintain controls for proper and efficient accounts payable function including vendor management, accrual records, unclaimed property records, invoice records, and payment records. Oversee the setup, continued management, and system support with outside vendors Manage annual 1099 issuance process and keep up-to-date on rules and regulations related to 1099s Develop and maintain an ongoing training program for employees across the Organization who interact with accounts payable Develop and maintain process to project cash outflows related to accounts payable EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Required Degree : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable
Proven track record of performance and team development
Shared services/centralized accounting experience strongly preferred
Excellent information systems skills required. Workday experience a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY: Forward thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
Stays current and knowledgeable in field.
Leadership skills, including evaluation of team performance.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle a variety of complex tasks and responsibilities in a professional manner.
Must have excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a large, matrix organization.
#Corporate Compensation Pay Range: $86,300.00 - $121,250.00
Reasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $86,300.00 - $121,250.00. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
