We are looking for a talented and passionate candidate to support one of our clients located in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
Job Description:
Assist in restoring files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications such as NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault. Work in the Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores. Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and email organization. Maintain knowledge of profile and permission structures. Handle resolution and tickets to meet SLA requirements. Work Schedule: Day shift, Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.
Salary: $104k - $195k depending on experience and contract.
Benefits include up to 3 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, immediate healthcare coverage (single and family), and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience or HS/GED with 15 years of experience in systems engineering.
Required Skills:

Assist in restoring files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications such as NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault. Knowledge of profile and permission structures. Awareness of resolution and ticket handling to meet SLA requirements. Candidate must have appropriate certification in compliance with DoD 8570 Information Assurance Category IAT Level I, such as CompTIA Security+ CE.
