We are seeking a
Cyber Security Specialist 4
to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. You will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates, and maintains electronic security services including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial clients. Responsibilities
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements. Support system administration and engineering teams with advanced networking and system troubleshooting skills. Communicate with customers, vendors, and system administrators. Train users and support personnel. Modify preventive maintenance checklists based on system changes. Troubleshoot performance issues and implement corrective actions. Document system performance and service requests. Perform hardware setup, imaging, and antivirus updates. Research and evaluate existing and future systems. Provide on-site support post-deployment. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and SOW documentation. Coordinate with field personnel and engineering teams to address installation issues. Assist with research on new system manufacturers and technologies. Review, analyze, and resolve complex security problems. Act as a subject matter expert and communicate technical issues clearly. Write reports documenting research findings and technical issues. Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required. High School Diploma with 12+ years of experience, or Associates with 10+ years, or Bachelor's with 7+ years, or Master's with 5+ years in electronic security systems. System administrator experience in troubleshooting and resolving system problems. Vendor certifications preferred. Reliable attendance and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS. What We Offer
